• Transaction History: Details of products bought/sold, service bookings, and wallet transactions.

For Brand Store owners, we collect and process additional business-related data:

• Store Performance: Views, conversion rates, and sales trends to help you grow your business.
• Customer Insights: Aggregated data on follower demographics (completely anonymized).
• Public Profile: Brand bio, logo, and social media handles provided for your storefront.

Your personal contact details are never shared with other users.

• Logistics Agents: Only receive the necessary order details (item name and pickup code) to facilitate handover.
• Payment Processors: We use secure third-party gateways (Paystack/Flutterwave). Jivebay does not store your card details.
• Legal Compliance: We may share data with campus security or law enforcement if required for fraud investigations.

We employ industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database architecture, to ensure your information remains private. Access to sensitive KYC documents is restricted to authorized administrative personnel only.
